This is a quote from Rose Tyler (played by Billie Piper), from the season finale of the new Doctor Who series, when she finds herself back in her old life, believing her traveling companion, The Doctor, to be dead.
It was a better life! I don’t mean the travelling, and seeing aliens and spaceship and things, that doesn’t matter. The Doctor showed me a better way of living your life! That you don’t just give up, you don’t just let things happen! You make a stand, you say “NO!”, you have the guts to do what’s RIGHT when everyone else just runs away!

OMG I LOVE THE NEW DOCTOR WHO and I’m sad that the doctor is the same because I think I loved him and wanted to have his babies, but, yes, that is a wonderful quote and omg when is it on again?

I’d never watched Doctor Who before this…I picked up in the middle of the season, it’s being aired on CBC here and I started recording it. I really love Christopher Eccleston, I’m so bummed that he’s not the Doctor anymore!
I’ll be interested to see if I still like the show with a new Doctor!
