Some Sunday Stuff

If you’ve not yet seen the video of this young man at the National Spelling Bee, please check it out – it’s just sweet, wonderful and funny! (And FYI, he ultimately went on to win!)

Today, we close what’s been a wonderfully successful show for us, Maidens, Mothers and Crones: Voices From Women Of The Midwest. It’s been a great production, and I’m really happy to have been associated with it!

Holy Mackerel, some good TV this week! I got to see the Season Finale’s of Torchwood and Lost, and WOW! They were SO GOOD! I’ve completely fallen back in love with Lost! And there was a promo for Pushing Daisies coming back in the fall, which I’m excited about!

On Saturday we were running errands, and getting ready to drop the kids off for a sleepover. They wanted to go early, but we couldn’t drop them off until 5. When I told my 8-year old “We can’t take you yet! There’s no one home! You’d have to sit on their porch for 2 hours by yourself!!” his response was a very sincere “It’s okay! We could entertain ourselves!”. πŸ™‚

Now, no more typing… off to start a busy day with some relaxing coffee with my wife! (Okay, after THAT it’ll get busy!)
