My 10 year old daughter, on our way to school this morning:
“Dad. We were learning about how we have too few plants and grasses, and erosion is killing our ecosystems. I’ve decided that I’m going to get a pouch to wear around my waist, and I’m going to fill it with grass seed. Then, wherever I go, I’ll just sprinkle grass seed.”
My kids are problem solvers. 🙂

It really is! I’m just not sure the folks in the neighborhood are really going to want her re-seeding their lawns…
Still, she’s pro-active, and that’s good I guess! 🙂
