One of the cons of a life in the theatre is that you have to jump from job to job. Conversely, one of the pros of a life in the theatre is that you get to jump from job to job.

This weekend was my 17th Wedding Anniversary!  Coming home tonight, I checked on the two sleeping kids, the 3 dogs excited to see me, covered the bird’s cage so he could sleep, and took the book and eye-glasses from my wife’s lap, because she had fallen asleep reading them – as usual.  🙂  Then I walked the house one more time, marveling at how lucky I’ve been over the last 17 years.  

Eating an entire plate of nachos for lunch was NOT the kind of healthy food my doctor recommended when he advised me how to fight off my sinus infection.  Of course, I also just giggled when he said I should get 2 or 3 days rest, to go along with the antibiotics. 

A couple of years ago when I was directing the Otterbein Showcase, we were followed by a documentary film crew. It was very fun, and they’re submitting the documentary to a bunch of festivals this year. Check out the very neat trailer below!
