There are times when you wonder, as a parent, where you went wrong.
I mean, he’s only 5, so there’s still time, but still…
Last night, right around bedtime, after “healthy snack” and before “teethbrushing time”, I was in Maggie’s room pulling out her trundle bed – as I’ve mentioned, they’ve been wanting to do a sleepover in her room.
So I’m preparing the room for the sleepover.
Max comes running in, twinkle in his eye and breathy with excitiment.
“Hey Dad!” He says, sing-song-ey, “The wind blows to the East! The wind blows to the West!”
Then he stuck his rump out and farted at me.
This was immediately followed by peals of laughter and he zoomed out of the room giggling hysterically.
“Momma! I TOOTED on Daddy!!”
Of course, the uncontrolled giggling doubled once Maggie got wind of what was happening.
*sigh*
Let’s hope this is just a passing fad.
HAHAHAHAHA!!!!
That’s awesome!!!!!!
I can’t stop laughing!
At least he hasn’t figured out how to set them on fire yet!
Ahahahaa! Nice picture!
Omigod, could you imagine!?
“Hey Dad, look what I can do with a match!!”
God forbid!
Man oh man…parenthood…when the hell did I get old enough for this?
haha oh no!
Laugh it up! Your turn will come. Oh yes. š
That sounds like a typical Koski family get together……
*Laughing!*
Lucky dog, you!! Next time, invite Max!
As a writer I have to ask. Did you deliberately choose the expression, “Maggie got wind of what was happening”? If so, nice touch. If it was accidental, still a nice touch.
*grin*
Yep, it was deliberately chosen.
As was “a passing fad”. š
Thanks for noticing!
