Williamston Theatre is getting a Box Office!
We have a beautiful lobby, but our Box Office, up to this point, has been a nice table/countertop thing in the lobby. Construction has begun on our brand new Box Office inside the lobby! Thanks to Tim Fox, Christine Purchis, John Lepard, Emily Sutton-Smith and Steve Zynda, this baby is going to be awesome!
It’s still amazing to me that this little dream is coming true…bit by bit, this theatre has carved a small little space for itself, and is slowly making that space bigger and bigger.

Yep, it’s pretty darned cool! 🙂 It’ll be up and running by the time you see the show, I think!
And it’s even better today! Those guys are framing that puppy up FAST! Sounds like they are already vacuuming and cleaning up. It’s only 11am Friday. I’m not sure what the next step is. Drywalling? Electrical? I think Russ is coming in early next week to do that. It looks totally cool already and people were really excited to see it when they came in last night. Some of our regulars broke out into HUGE grins and exclaimed their delight over our progress. It’s TOO cool!
