All hail the Tigers! Hey, did you know Garry Sheffield has a book out now. I read a chapter of it (in which he totally goes off on Barry Bonds) while I was at a Harry Potter party last night.
I know! I almost bought it! How was the chapter you read?
It was a good read. Sheff is straight to the point. His details of training with Barry are eyeopening. Very hardcore regimes these guys get on. And I thought two show days were grueling…I guess it was certainly interesting enough that if I had money to spend casually, I’d buy a copy.
